Chemical Coating & Electroplating

Superior Surface Protection

You spend significant time designing your product and having it built exactly as required, let us help determine the best way to protect it. A good protective coating can exponentially increase your products lifecycle and keep it looking new.

Chemical Conversion Coating often referred to as chem film, or chromating, is the coating process where chromate is applied to a metal substrate, typically aluminum. This process creates an exterior that serves as a protective coating for corrosion resistance. This metal coating is durable, and exhibits stable electrical conductivity. It is also an effective base layer for powder coating.  This is just one of the coating surfaces we can offer on our parts.
